Lead Analyst – Content and Document Management

If you have planned, architected and supported a content and document management system for a large, multi site organization, you may be qualified for this position.

Experience with Documentum, ImageNow, Open Text, Interwoven, Hyland, Sharepoint, or Vignette is preferred.

This role will be primarily responsible for supporting enterprise wide document and image management systems.   Participate with and lead groups of employees and/or contractors/consultants in the installation, configuration and maintenance of systems and servers to support business processing requirements.  Monitor and tune systems to optimize performance and recommend improvements. Design and build test and production environments while maintaining proper documentation and adhering to all corporate policies and procedures.  Foster positive working relationships by maintaining an environment of professionalism and open communication.

Responsibilities:

•           Manage content management environment including the performance of system administration, responding to client requests, building new systems and maintaining the existing implementations.

•           Plan and manage the installation of enterprise document and content management systems.

•           Participate in the formulation and implementation of enterprise document management processes and procedures.

•           Independently lead small to medium sized projects and teams in their execution of those projects.

•           Should be able to communicate effectively with clients, with team members and with management.

•           Should have strong documentation skills.
